Our greatest joy is helping our customers enjoy that “Aha! Moment” when true breakthroughs occur. Both Mark and Al bring a different set of eyes and skill sets to solving business issues that are hindering business success in our clients.
We are not really consultants but rather trusted advisors (or as we like refer to ourselves as “Solutionists”) on a mutual journey with our chosen clients. We only work with people who want and need true change in their unique businesses. We only work with people who not only want to know where the dots are… but really want to connect the dots to reveal the hidden beauty of their contribution to their world.
We do not only identify the issues, but rather, we like rolling up our sleeves and being a part of the solution team. Meet the Stakeholders
 Business Solutionist
Al Turnbeaugh is a Sales Thinker who has been observing the sales and marketing dance of individuals, corporations and organizations for 25 years. He has been involved in selling everything from dried body fluids to thoroughbred race horses. His customers included foreign governments and Hollywood studios, with products from Timex to Rolex watches. The seasoned expertise he provides will cause you to think differently and therefore cause your outcomes to change dramatically.
Al has held positions from the sales guy to company President and several hats in between. He has been a part of exponential growth companies and Fortune 50 giants; and has been hired, fired and fired up. While achieving his B.S. in Biology and Chemistry from Baylor University, he also has worked toward his PhD in Renal Physiology (Kidney Research) from University of Illinois at the Medical Center; however his degree has nothing to do with his present passion of helping people realize their potential.
Business Solutionist
Mark Fleishman is a visionary business clairvoyant. He is well schooled in strategically and methodically charting processes and flows to increase bottom line results. He brings  an uncanny insight to business seemingly by instinct, which has the air of wisdom of years from being in the sales/marketing trenches.
Mark is a student of systems and the cause and effect of actions. This understanding allows him to see the action or lack of action in one area of the business and how it is affecting the performance in another. He will challenge you on many levels to be your best and will work tirelessly to tweak a seemingly insignificant area to pay huge dividends in the effectiveness and smooth operation of the business. Invariably the very thing he keys in on has been overlooked by others not in tune to the holistic scheme of the unique business.
